Rockville, MD - Four-Vehicle Crash on Briarwood Dr near Veirs Mill Rd Ends in Injuries
Rockville, MD (December 25, 2021) – A collision between vehicles took place in the Rockville area that ended in injuries and delays. At 12:40 p.m., on December 23, the Rockville police and firefighters were informed that they were needed at an auto wreck on Briarwood Drive.
Reports from the police in Rockville show that an auto wreck involving four vehicles occurred on Briarwood Drive in the area near Veirs Mill Road. The four vehicles involved in the crash blocked the roadway. This prompted police and emergency crews to close the roadway as they worked to remove debris.
Firefighters and the police spent an extended time at the crash scene as they worked to remove the vehicles and debris from the roadway.
Police confirm at least one victim involved in the collision was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
