$125,000 Settlement: Rear-End Collision
Greenblatt & Veliev, LLC, secured a settlement of $125,000 for a client who was injured in a double rear-end auto accident. The original at-fault driver fled the scene in his car, and then a second car rear-ended the client’s vehicle while she was still in it. The original driver was caught, because the car’s bumper, with the license plate, fell off and was left at the scene of the collision. As a result of the car accident, our client suffered a concussion and injuries to her face and ankle.
Greenblatt and Veliev successfully filed insurance claims against both at-fault drivers, obtaining the maximum amounts available under the automobile insurance policy limits. One driver had the minimum amount of insurance coverage required of $25,000, and the second at-fault driver’s policy limits were $100,000. Greenblatt & Veliev obtained all the money available to the client from the at-fault drivers’ insurance policies and even negotiated reductions of the client’s medical bills.
