Gaithersburg, MD – Two Injured in MVA at N Frederick Ave & Education Blvd
Gaithersburg, MD (February 10, 2022) – The Montgomery County Police Department was notified that an automobile wreck occurred in front of the Popeyes restaurant on North Frederick Avenue and their assistance was needed.
Reports provided by officers with the MCPD show that two vehicles crashed into each other on North Frederick Avenue near Education Boulevard. The crash blocked multiple lanes at the intersection, preventing traffic from getting through.
The police and firefighters with the Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Services responded to provide assistance. Crews secured the intersection while clearing debris from the roadway.
Two adult patients were transported by MCFRS EMS to local hospitals for treatment.
The police in Montgomery County is currently conducting investigations into the crash.
