Wheaton, MD – Injuries Reported in Wreck at Veirs Mill Rd & Claridge Rd
Wheaton, MD (February 12, 2022) – At 7:13 in the morning on Friday, February 11, the Montgomery County Police Department was notified that a crash occurred on Veirs Mill Road.
Reports provided by the police demonstrate that an undisclosed number of vehicles collided on Veirs Mill Road at the intersection of Claridge Road in the Wheaton area. The crash caused the police and the Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Services to secure an area of the road as they worked to remove vehicles.
Emergency medical services with MCFRS provided medical treatment to victims and transported them to local hospitals where they received further medical care.
The police in Montgomery County are investigating the cause of the crash.
