Bryans Road, MD – Explosive Truck Crash near Livingston Rd
Bryans Road, MD (March 25, 2022) - The Bryans Road Volunteer Fire Department recently reported to a fiery crash right in front of their station that left one person seriously injured.
At approximately 1:24 p.m., on March 23, the BRVFD responded to a crash near their station located on Livingston Road.
According to reports from the department, a box truck and a dark-colored Chevrolet sedan were involved in a crash on a nearby property. Firefighters responded and immediately closed off a large section of the roadway.
After surveying the area, firefighters discovered that a gas line was reputed in the crash. Units from Walforf Co 12, Indian Head, and Potomac Heights responded to provide further assistance.
One person who was involved in the crash was flown by Maryland State Aviation Trooper 2 to an area hospital with serious injuries.
The Maryland State Police are investigating this truck accident.
