Kensington, MD – Motorcyclist Injured in Crash on Connecticut Ave near Franklin St
Kensington, MD (April 22, 2022) – A crash reported in the Kensington area sent one motorcyclist to a local hospital with injuries. At 3:30 p.m., on April 21, the Montgomery County Police Department was notified that a motorcycle collision on Connecticut Avenue required assistance.
Officers arrived on-site with the Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Services and secured the intersection of Connecticut Avenue and Franklin Street. Investigations found that a collision involving one motorcycle and one other vehicle blocked the intersection during the afternoon hours.
The adult motorcyclist was injured in the crash and transported by MCFRS EMS to a local hospital.
The MCPD is investigating the circumstances of this two-vehicle motorcycle wreck.
