Bethesda, MD (May 10, 2022) – A pedestrian was hospitalized as a result of a crash in Bethesda. Just after 6:45 p.m., on May 9, the Montgomery County Police Department was notified that an auto wreck occurred on Wisconsin Avenue.

MCPD reports that a pedestrian, identified only as an adult individual, was walking in the 7800 block of Wisconsin Avenue when they were struck by a vehicle in the vicinity of Fairmont Avenue.

The pedestrian sustained priority two traumatic injuries due to the crash and was transported by the Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Service EMS to a nearby hospital.

The crash is under investigation by the police department in Montgomery County.
