Rockville, MD – Head-On Collision on Maryland Ave near W Argyle St Leaves Three Injured
Rockville, MD (May 14, 2022) – A motor vehicle accident that took place in the Rockville area on Friday evening left several people injured. At around 5:45 p.m., on May 13, the Montgomery County Police Department and firefighters were dispatched to a collision that occurred on Maryland Avenue.
Police reports indicate that two vehicles collided head-on while traveling in the area of Maryland Avenue and West Argyle Street. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage and had to be towed from the scene.
A total of four people were provided medical treatment at the scene of the accident. One adult and two young adults were transported to area hospitals with injuries. The Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services secured the area with the police as they worked to clear the roadway.
At this time, the police and Montgomery County are conducting investigations to determine the cause of the crash.
