Frederick, MD – Motorcyclist Loses Life in Car Crash on Baker Valley Rd near Fingerboard Rd
Frederick, MD (May 28, 2022) – One victim has lost their life as a result of a motorcycle accident in Frederick on Friday afternoon. At around 12:30 p.m., on May 27, the Maryland State Police and firefighters were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Baker Valley Road.
Reports provided by Maryland State Police indicate that a motorcyclist was involved in a collision with a car on Baker Valley Road near the intersection of Fingerboard Road. The incident prompted the police and firefighters to close off a portion of the roadway as they worked to remove the vehicles and a breeze from the scene.
The motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries as a result of the accident. No other injuries were confirmed as a result of this crash.
At this time, the state police in Maryland are investigating the incident.
