Fairland, MD – Auto Wreck with Injuries blocks Musgrove Rd & Old Columbia Pike
Fairland, MD (July 3, 2022) – Emergency crews in Montgomery County were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle accident that left at least one person injured on Saturday afternoon, July 2. Just after 3 p.m., the Montgomery County police department was notified that a motor vehicle accident took place on Musgrove Road that required assistance.
Reports provided by authorities indicate that a collision between vehicles blocked Musgrove Road at the intersection of Columbia Pike during the afternoon hours. The Montgomery County Police Department and the Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Services responded to the scene and immediately closed off the intersection.
Medical personnel with the MCFRS rendered aid to victims on site. Those in need of further care were transported by ambulance to area hospitals.
The police department in Montgomery County is currently investigating to determine what caused the crash to occur.
