Brookville, MD – Injuries Reported in Three-Vehicle Crash on Brighton Dam Rd near New Hampshire Ave
Brookville, MD (July 4, 2022) – Authorities received the request for assistance at the scene of a multivehicle collision that took place in the Brookville area on Sunday evening. Just after 5 p.m., on July 3, the Montgomery County Police Department and firefighters were notified that a crash on Brighton Dam Road required assistance.
Reports provided by MCPD indicate that a three-vehicle collision blocked Brighton Dam Road at the intersection of New Hampshire Avenue. The incident caused severe delays in traffic throughout the area.
The police and firefighters with the Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Services close off a portion of the roadway as they worked to clear the scene.
Medical personnel rendered aid to injured parties at the site of the crash. The victims were then transported by MCFRS EMS to area hospitals for further care.
