Wheaton-Glenmont, MD – Four Injured in Auto Accident at May St & Holdridge Rd
Wheaton-Glenmont, MD (July 11, 2022) – Several people were left injured as a result of a motor vehicle accident reported in the Wheaton Glenmont area on Sunday evening. I around 520 p.m., on July 10, the Montgomery County Police Department and firefighters were notified that a motor vehicle accident took place on May Street.
Reports provided by authorities indicate that a white SUV and a second vehicle were involved in a broadside collision on May Street at the intersection of Holdridge Road. One person became trapped inside their vehicle and had to be extricated by the Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Services.
A total of four people involved in the accident were injured. All of the victims were treated for injuries at the scene. One victim suffered priority to traumatic injuries. All of the victims were then transported by EMS to area hospitals for further care.
At this time, the Montgomery County Police Department is investigating the crash.
