North Bethesda, MD – One Injured in Crash on Fernwood Rd between Marriott Dr & Democracy Blvd
North Bethesda, MD (July 20, 2022) – The Montgomery County Police Department in area firefighters were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash that occurred in North Bethesda that left one person injured. Around 9:15 a.m., on July 19, police and the Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Services were dispatched to the site of a crash on Fernwood Road.
Preliminary reports provided by the police show that a crash between vehicles occurred on Fernwood Road during the morning hours. MCFRS and police responded and closed off Fernwood Road in the area between Marriott Drive and Democracy Boulevard near Camalier building.
One person suffered injuries due to this accident. The victim was transported by MCFRS EMS to a nearby hospital with priority three traumatic injuries.
The police department in Montgomery County is investigating the crash.
