Long Meadow, MD – Auto Wreck with Injuries Reported on Longmeadow Rd near Marsh Pike
Long Meadow, MD (July 28, 2022) – A crash reported on Wednesday afternoon in the Longmeadow area ended in injuries. Just before 1:30 p.m., on July 27, the Longmeadow Volunteer Fire Company responded to the scene of a crash that occurred on Longmeadow Road.
Reports from the local police show that a black sedan and an unknown number of vehicles collided on Longmeadow Road between Marsh Pike and the fire station.
One of the involved vehicles crashed into a light pole on the roadway, taking it down.
One person suffered injuries due to the crash and was transported by ambulance for emergency treatment.
The Washington County fire police assisted at the scene. The crash is under investigation at this time.
